  • Do you think having a planner helps you with time management? Why or why not?

  • What motivated you to do assignments/tasks?

  • Do you feel you use time effectively?

  • How do you define being productive?

  • How do you describe a productive day?

  • Do you have difficulty being productive?

  • How often do you take more time to achieve your goal than you expect?

  • What distraction did you face to make you less productive at work or study?

  • Do you satisfy the way you use time? (why or why not)

  • Where do you tend to spend most of your time in your schedule? On school/work or other activities?

Mike | 25 | Hacienda heights

He is a second-year master student who majors in Exercise Science. He does not use any calendar because he concerns himself is a very disciplined person. Graduation is the main effect that motivates him. He would like to use a time management application if it can remind his friend/partner who is having the same schedule with him.

 

Harold | 23 | Los Angelas

She recently graduated from Cal-Poly in Data Analysis with master degree, and works in a car insurance company. She said “I hope I have 48 hours a day not only for school and work, also life.”

Sammy | 29 | San Jose

She is a senior accounting student who is pursuing a second bachelor's degree. She is a full-time international student and also has an internship in an accounting firm. She said, “I always feel I don’t have time preparing exam, although I already start ahead.” She uses the iPhone calendar as a reminder and pretty nurtures about the application.

 

Jason | 19 | Palo Altos

He is a computer science student in his sophomore year of school. He has a part-time job in a restaurant as a waiter. He uses a sticky note as a reminder. He said, “I wish I had more time in the day, and there would be no sacrifice.” He would like the application has a reward system that interested me more.

Patrick | 21 | San Francisco

He is an illustration student in his last semester at the Academy of Art University. He uses a planner in a notebook, which helps him with time management and also saves his own time. He does not feel himself as using time efficiently, so he would like to have an application that can help and teach him with efficient time management strategy.
