Research make me have enough depth of understanding of the problem. Identified the users and pros and cons of the competitors before finalized all the design ideas helps to approach the goals more precise.
PROBLEM
We usually fail to use time wisely until it is too late. People have a problem with creating and following productively time management themselves. Time management is an essential multi-tasking strategy need to learn while in school. Because college and master students often have to work on school projects/assignments, internships, and works.
GOALS
Personality
Make the product has human characteristics and qualities. Based on users’ answer from our daily routine habits, we can have the calendar setup better suit each individual. Helps people to use their time more efficiency in a fun way. In order to make people get on track and using their time wisely.
Clarity
Eliminate unnecessary elements and layers which would confuse users on usage. Minimize errors and distractions for users to achieve their goals easily. Especially for my application, analyze and summarize the users’ usage in each category. The results will display in few different charts to reveal.
Provide feedback
As users have action with the interface, they would get the messages through either visual or literary way. Remind users for weekly report and provide comparison with past results.
Consistency
Easier for users to navigate. Moreover, for my application, make sure elements are uniform on the user interface, which users can build up habits and become a behavior.
Interaction
Match the system with the real world and having communication with users. The users will experience this app like a gaming app. For instant, like playing a video game, the person have different challenge need to be accomplished every day based on the to-do list/schedule he/she setup. The person will get the points to redeem prizes.
TARGET AUDIENCE
18-28 student who is pursuing his/her college or master's degree includes both full time and part-time students.
Students who need help with time tracking and time usage.
Students who have multiple tasks from school works, part-time jobs, or internship at the same time.

Our app has two sections, which are the “need to be done” and the “wish to be made.” Help you stick on schedule better.
Analysis function, which helps the audience has a better understanding of himself/herself on time usage. Moreover, the audience can adjust his/her schedule to be more productive.
Ranking and competition with friends to have more entertainment interaction.
